I __________ Son of Muhammad Yousuf, holding CNIC:42101-0000000, Resident of House #000 Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-00, Karachi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

 

1.         That I am owner/Landlord of House No. 00, Gulshan-e-Iqal, Block-00, Karachi.

 

2.         That Mr. Arif Hussain Son of Ghulam Akbar, holding CNIC:21303-00000-0, permanent resident of Post Office, Parachinar Bughdi Tehsil Upper Kurram, District Kurram Agency. Is my tenant for the last 07 years, from January 07^th  2017 to till date.

 

3.         That he paid rent Rs.30000/- per month including Electricity and Gas charges, during his stay.

 

4.         I further confirm that whatever is stated above is true and correct in all respects and no material information has been with-held or not disclosed by me.
