GIFT DEED
This
Gift Deed is made a (
BY AND BETWEEN
Mr.
Khan son of Majeed, Muslim, adult,
resident of House # R000, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-00 Karachi., holder of CNIC#42201-0000000-0 ,(hereinafter referred to as “the
Donor" which expression shall mean
and include his/her legal heirs, legal representatives, executors,
administrators and assigns) of the First Part.
AND
Mr. Rehman son of Khan, Muslim, adult,
resident of R460, Hussain Hazara
Goth, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-11 Karachi, holder of CNIC#42201-0000000-0,
(hereinafter
referred to as “the Donee" which expression shall mean and include
his/her legal heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and
assigns) of the Second Part.
WHEREAS:
v The Donor has been the exclusive
lawful owner of the Property, House (Ground + Five Floor)
on Residential Plot of Land bearing No. R00,
measuring 120 Square Yards, situated Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 00, Deh Okewari
v The Donor is the Father of the Donee.
without any monetary consideration, out
of natural love and affection, of
his own free
will and without any force or compulsion and the Donee is
willing to
accept the said Gift.
NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED
WITNESSTH AS FOLLOWS:—
1. That out of natural love and affection for the Donee
the Donor hereby gratuitously grants, transfers, conveys and assigns by way of
an irrevocable gift the “said Property: mentioned in the Schedule hereinbelow
with all the rights, titles, interests, benefits, etc. therein in favour of the
Donee without any monetary consideration, of his own free will and without any
force or compulsion and the Donee hereby accepts the said Gift.
2. The Donee hereby accepts the said Gift of the “said Property”
and all the rights, titles, interests and benefits, whatsoever in respect
thereof from the Donor, without any monetary consideration, of their own free
will and without any force or compulsion.
3. The Donor confirms, represents and assures that the “said
Property” are free from all claims, liens, pledges, charges, prior gifts,
bequests, inheritance claims, disputes, adverse titles or encumbrances of
whatsoever nature.
4. That henceforth the Donee shall be the exclusive
lawful owner of the “said Property” and shall be entitled to receive all
dividends, bonus Property, rights, entitlements and other benefits accruing
thereon and shall be entitled to hold, deal
with, transfer, alienate, encumber, gift, pledge, sell or dispose of the
same, as the exclusive lawful owner thereof.
5. The applicable stamp duty, transfer fee, CDC’s
charges and registration charges, if any, on this Deed shall be borne by the
Donor.
6.
Donee can apply
for separate PTCL , Sui Gas, Electric Connection.
