Declaration (CZ-50)

UNDER THE PROVISION TO SUB SECTION (3) OF SECTION 1 OF THE

ZAKAT AND USHER ORDINANCE. 1980(XVIII OF 1980)

AND RULE 20 OF THE ZAKAT COLLECTION AND REFUND RULES,1981 AND IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECISION OF SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN DATED MARCH 09, 1999

 

I, Muhammad Yousuf Son of Jan Muhammad, 00 years of age, resident of House No. 0000,  Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-00, Karachi, do hereby solemnly swear by Allah that

 

(a)        I am Muslim and follow Fiqah Hanfia.

(b)        According to my faith and the above said Fiqah, I am not obliged to pay Zakat or Usher or any part of either of them in accordance with provisions of Zakat & Usher Ordinance 1980 or any type of the assets or products mentioned in the schedule or other provisions whatsoever of said ordinance nor any part or extent of either of the, including the following type of assets to full extent.

Bank Accounts:  All types of Bank Accounts including Saving Bank Account, Notice Deposit Account, Fixed Deposit Account and other accounts by whatever name described with the bank, post office, National Saving Centers and Financial Institutions etc.

Securities:  All types including shares, debentures, NIT Units, Special Saving Certificates, National Deposit Certificate/Account, Cash Deposit Certificate/ Account Premium Saving Certificate & Account, Therefore Government Securities etc. 

Funds: Provident Funds, gratuity, annuity etc.

And all other investments etc. including Insurance Policies, Claims and Premiums etc.
